Chef Scott Healy and myself (owner Paula Gaul) are pleased to welcome you to Cat-puccino!

Enjoy your morning "catpuccino,", an après-ski session after cat-skiing or skiing at Red, or an excellent evening dining experience.  We feature a healthy menu, with steak, chicken, seafood, and vegetarian weekly specials, plus a full tapas menu and share plates, with much fresh and locally-sourced ingredients as possible, plus the necessary après-ski beer-pairing standards like wings and nachos.

Coffee rotates between Paula's college friend Losel's award-winning roastery "Propeller" and the local "Seven Summits" roastery, and beer on tap features the local Rossland and Trail microbreweries.

We open at 6:45 for the pre-snowcat crowd, and offer coffee, baking and a full breakfast menu.  Closed for lunch, we open again for après-ski.  While we are the de facto clubhouse for Big Red Cats, and host their daily photo slide show between 5-6pm, everyone is welcome to join in for drinks, appies, and healthy dinners.  just beware the shot ski!

Dinner reservations are recommended, as the restaurant can be full in busy periods, or could close early if there are no reservations, and we don't want to miss you!  Call or use the Open Table app on this page.
